Do you recognize the following situation
As a director / CEO / manager you are responsible for the continuity of your company. You have decided that this year things are going to be different. This year, you want to increase sales by 10% compared to last year. The first thing you do is consult with your CFO. Together you go to work and come to the conclusion that 10% increase in turnover is absolutely feasible.
You want to give a presentation in the MT meeting. You plan a meeting to explain your plan. And you emphasize that this is a joint process in which everyone's input is important. After all, they can also come up with good ideas.
However, gradually you notice that not everybody is as enthusiastic as you are. You have to explain everything 10 times. Why aren’t they just doing what you say?
The problem is in the process. Because you have already gone through all the data with your CFO, you are already many steps ahead in your thinking. Your blueprint is already ready. Unconsciously you have created a distance with your team members. In addition, the team members do not have the impression that their opinion matters. They don’t feel they are taking part in this creative process.
You are convinced that 10% is possible. Your team members feel they have no influence on the matter. And deep down, you know your team will not fully commit to the plan. Who is to blame? You, your team? A missed opportunity!
Recognizable? Exactly! This is a very common phenomenon within organizations.
By putting too much pressure on your team, you increase the chances of a low production standard. The conversations at the coffee machine are increasing. Lost hours, low efficiency!
However contradictory it may sound, the (company) results will only increase when there is a sufficient focus on the emotional human values.
This 2-day training is for directors / CEO’s / managers who have to manage a team and are not satisfied with their results. We teach you to let your team think along with the challenges an organization faces. Making use of their energy, strength and creativity.
With the ultimate goal: 1 + 1 = 3.
Based on high-quality management theories, exercises and obtained insights we lead you into a process. A process of self-insight, an ability for problem-solving and results-oriented working skills.
During this training you will get a different point of view, a change in mind set, so that you can expect better results from your team.
In addition, we would like you to have the physical experience of reaching the top. Under the guidance of a guide you are invited to do a klettersteig. This is a form of rock climbing.

In order to do a klettersteig, you have to be fit and in good health. If you don’t want to participate, you will get the task of coaching the other participants to the top.
We advise you to wear comfortable clothing (which may also become dirty). And sports shoes with a good profile. Climbing equipment is provided.
In addition to a full and substantive programme you will also been taken care of in a high end location.
Your investment for this seminar is € 8.900,= excl. VAT.
This includes an overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the day coffee, tea, water and biscuits are available. Wine is served during dinner. To conclude this seminar, we will open a nice bottle of fine bubbles to toast your success.
Other (alcoholic) drinks, snacks and food are not included.
